As a deep cleanse and reinstatement of organ health, panchakarma treatments are advised entirely at the discretion of Dr. Alka Vijayan, during the course of treatment. The treatment is customised based on daily review in order to support the patient’s healing journey. The treatment may take anywhere between 7 and 25 days.

Upon arrival at the clinic, you will have a consultation with a doctor from Dr. Alka’a team. It is advisable to bring relevant medical reports. You may share freely any concerns regarding your health. The doctor will carry out the assessment and prescribe the best treatment for your health. Please note that Ayurveda does not advise panchakarma treatments for pregnant women.

Nourish Your Senses
During the course of your stay with us, expect a deviation from flavours your palate may normally be used to. It is highly encouraged to savour the simple, mild flavours of the food being served, setting aside distractions such as the phone or television, and keeping conversations light and pleasant if you have company.
Patients will be served two satvik Ayurvedic meals (Kerala cuisine) twice a day – the first, immediately after treatment and the other, dinner, in accordance with your treatment, as advised by the doctor.
